Job Title: Marketing Intern
Job Responsibilities:
  • Editorial lookups/mailings for specific BtoB and Media Business issues
  • Updating web site
  • Coding HTML newsletter ads
  • Management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Generating monthly Hitbox (website) and eNewsletter reports
  • Proofreading all marketing projects
  • Compiling Media Kits
  • Monthly tearsheets for both publications
  • Database management
  • General admin responsibilities (getting the mail, organizing supply closet and bureaus)
  • Assistance with events:
-          Registration
-          Shipments
-          Support any events
Job Requirements:
  • Skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and HTML
  • 20 hours a week
