Responsible for achievement of revenue and offer content goals for the digital business initiative. The ability to effectively engage and encourage CMS sales people, assist in penetrating accounts to find and align with key decision makers (which may be different for “online” initiatives)  along with developing and maintaining lasting business relationships with manufacturer clients makes for a successful Director.

Integral in this position is the ability to design, present and manage integrated programs that drive client sales and adoption rates efficiently and effectively. DBD must exhibit exceptional strategic sales, marketing and persuasion skills.
