Need proactive, driven, experienced (Assistant) Account Executive

Brand experience agency that develops marketing communications for both B2C and B2B clients through the lens of the holistic brand experience seeks new member to join our team.

We are looking for a superstar Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive with a fresh, go-getter attitude to work on a variety of accounts. Personality, proactivity and resourcefulness are essential.

Beautiful loft space in the heart of Soho.

Position:
·       Reporting to two Account Directors, the AAE/AE will support multiple businesses across various categories and help us bring these brands to life in marketing communications.

Responsibilities
·       Day-to-day project management of multiple accounts including but not limited to budget management, production logistics, supervision of creative process and client status meetings
·       Client relationship management
·       Management/maintenance of new business projects
·       Assistance with internal finances and office support
·       Research/competitive intelligence

Required skills/attributes:
·       Proven attention to detail and ability manage multiple urgent projects simultaneously ·       Ability to effectively and accurately prioritize assignments ·       High-energy disposition ·       Resourcefulness ·       Entrepreneurial spirit/proactivity ·       Strong writing skills including creative copywriting (copywriting is a plus, but not mandatory) ·       Strong communications skills ·       Computer proficiency.  Specifically adept with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HTML a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
·       1-3 years’ experience in the work force with highly relevant marketing/branding/advertising experience
·       In-person interview required before hire
